Customers:
The system holds the usual information on customers, and offers the ability to attach notes specific to that customer, thus if someone has particular requirements, the information is available as the booking is made. If necessary a set of customer notes can be copied to the booking notes which are printed out as part of the booking report. The process of selecting a customer is aided by the option to search by postcode, company name, or of course surname. As a precaution, mass deletion of bookings, or removal of customers can not be carried out from this module. Instead, a separate program is used to maintain the database, and to generate any statistical reports other than the booking report. See 'Customers' |
